This is a large apartment occupying the first floor in a two-story building, which is one of the many similar villas comprising a nicely manicured and well-maintained gated community. 3-minute walk to a nearly private beach that is very clean. The pools on site are perfectly maintained and the ‘community center’ with its clean open space and a few facilities adds a nice convenient touch. The house is well stocked with everything from beach towels and chairs to trash bags and cleaning supplies, it all came in handy. Lakeside is 5-7 minute drive to several shops and restaurants, a huge variety of beaches offering everything from snorkeling to surfing in dramatic settings is within a 30-minute drive for those who want a change of scenery.
