PVV acts as a booking platform to facilitate transactions between guests and property owners. PVV does not own the villas listed on the Site; all rental and occupancy agreements are directly between the property owners and the guests.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, as indicated by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes. We reserve the right to modify, restrict access, or discontinue the Site at any time.

2. Use of the Site

Eligibility
