This villa is exactly as described! I traveled with my family, 3 children – 14, 12, and 8. The villa was the perfect space. It had everything we needed (ample towels, beach supplies, dishes, kitchen needs, etc.) The villa’s location on the grounds included close access to both beaches (which were perfect for my youngest who was still learning to swim because the waters were calm), a little play area with tire swings, and a pool. The views and sounds of the water were ideal. Dorado is a great location for peace and quiet and when you want a bigger beach – 30 mins easy drive to San Juan beaches. It was an hour’s drive to El Yunque. We would start our day driving to beaches and then spend the late afternoon at the pool or beach 2 mins from the villa. To top it all off, Alma, Alex, and Jasmine were amazing hosts. Anything we needed, even help at 3 am because our flight was terribly delayed – we received. It was like staying at a hotel in terms of service and support but the privacy and ease of being at your own home. Also, I don’t know if it is the community maintenance or the location but we were so surprised at the lack of mosquitoes or bugs. I brought two bottles of bug spray just in case – never used them! We sat on the back porch, grilled dinner, and watched the sunset. We loved it so much, we are already planning to book it for next year. Thank you Alma and team for a wonderful vacation!
